Do you accept international orders?

Payments are typically made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) in RMB or USD. For smaller orders (USD $10–500), we also accept PayPal to help reduce transaction costs for our customers.

What are your payment terms and minimum order quantity?

A 30% deposit is required before production, with the balance paid based on agreed terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.). Minimum order quantities typically range from 50 to 500 pieces depending on the product. Custom orders are welcome for most items.

How do you handle shipping?

All products are shipped directly from our factory. Samples and small orders can be sent via international courier (FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS). Larger orders are shipped by sea or air through our partner freight forwarders at competitive rates. You are also welcome to use your own shipping agent.
